Courtney Hans

Currently the Vice President of Cyber Services for ANV Cyber, Courtney Hans brings two wildly different decades of experience into her work in information security. Before pursuing an MBA and a career in experiential product strategy, Courtney was an adventure travel guide, leading travelers around the world. With a short window to make a strong impression, curiosity became Courtney's superpower as she learned how to uncover the inner motivations of a diverse group of guests on a weekly basis. Guiding, just like cybersecurity, requires agility and a cool head during a crisis. Formerly the Head of Security and IT for a growing SaaS startup, Courtney joined ANV to build a comprehensive, right-sized suite of cyber services for policyholders, helping to reduce risk and deepen the relationship between carrier and insured. She holds a BA in Literature from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from the University of California, Davis.
